Description of ServiceYouGroove is an AI-powered application that generates music based on your computer activities.3. Purchase and PaymentThe App is available for purchase through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple.a) For any payment-related issues, refunds, or billing questions, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds or resolve billing issues.b) By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. You agree to pay the price listed for the App, including any applicable taxes.c) We reserve the right to change the pricing of the App at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already made.4. Third-Party Services and Data Transmissiona) The App integrates with third-party services (Suno and OpenAI) to function. We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of these services. Users are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and API keys for these services.b) By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Partial screen captures will be transmitted to OpenAI for vision analysis.
- Lyrics will be sent to Suno for music generation.c) Your use of YouGroove must comply with OpenAI's and Suno's respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any misuse or violation of these third-party terms.d) You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of YouGroove, including the content captured and transmitted, complies with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of service of OpenAI and Suno.5. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:a) Your use or inability to use the App;b) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;c) Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App;d) Your violation of OpenAI's, Suno's, or any other third-party's terms of service in connection with your use of the App;e) Any other reason related to your use of the App.6. DisclaimersThe App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.7. These lyrics are processed in real-time and are not stored by us.2. How We Use Your InformationWe use the information processed solely for the purpose of providing the YouGroove service:a) To generate music based on your computer activities.
b) To respond to your requests or questions, if you contact us.3. Information Sharing and DisclosureYouGroove interfaces with third-party services to provide its functionality. Here's how your information is shared:a) OpenAI: Partial screen captures are sent to OpenAI for vision analysis. According to OpenAI's documentation, these images are deleted from their servers after processing and are not retained.b) Suno: Generated lyrics are sent to Suno for music creation.We do not sell, rent, or share any of your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.4. Data RetentionYouGroove is designed to process your data in real-time without storing it:a) We do not save recordings, screenshots, lyrics, or text generated during your use of the App.
b) Partial screen captures and generated lyrics are immediately discarded after processing.
c) We do not collect or store any usage data about how you use the App.5. Your Rights and ChoicesAs we do not store your personal data or collect usage data, there is limited need for data subject rights. However, you can:a) Stop using the App at any time to prevent any further data processing.
